What first inspired you to write?

-I’ve always had a passion for creating stories, and it began from the time I could write sentences in general. I used to make up stories with my dolls, on my mother’s computer, and much more. By the time I was fourteen and reading back on old stories in journals, I decided to try writing again, and that sparked a flame in me to become an author.

How do you come up with the ideas for your stories?

-I take a lot of inspiration for my stories from my love of video games, particularly JRPG’s such as Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy. A lot of my character development tactics and world-building stem from them, and it’s amazing to see each story evolve.

What question do you hate the most about being a writer?

-It is most definitely “When are you going to finish the next book?” I can always feel myself stirring inside. Being in my early twenties and being a novelist can be complicated.

Are you indie or traditionally published?

-I’m an Indie!

Have you ever tried the other style of publishing?

-I definitely want to try for it someday, when the fear eases out.

What are you working on now?

-I just finished up the second half of a YA fantasy duology called “The Sage’s Reign,” and now I’m doing some work on a standalone novella!

What is your most recent/upcoming release?

-“The Sage’s Reign” is going to be my next release, and it is the direct sequel to a book called “The Final Lesson,” which I’ll leave here!
